Pre-owned pinball Machines:

CURBSIDE DELIVERY (Pallet): Pinball is shipped with legs removed, backbox down.

The machine is delivered at your curb/street. The delivery company cannot step foot onto your property. The machine will be on a pallet with wrap, cardboard, and blankets. It is the customer’s responsibility to bring the machine from the curb into their home or business and set the machine up themselves. Pinball Machines have the legs removed for shipping; The customer will need to install the legs, lift and secure the backbox, remove playfield glass to install the balls, plug in the cord, etc.

 

Toppers may be shipped separately to reduce risk of damage.
*If you want the pinball machine shipped standing on its legs but delivered to the curb, then choose INSIDE DELIVERY (On Its Legs) - ground level.*

 


INSIDE GARAGE DELIVERY (Pallet): Pinball is shipped with Legs Removed, backbox down

The machine will be on a pallet with the legs removed and the backbox down. with wrap, cardboard, and blankets. There must be a NO Slope access from the street to the garage/ground level that allows for a pallet jack to transport the machine on the pallet. No stairs/steps can be in the path. The path must be completely flat. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to set up the machine - to attach the legs,  to lift and secure the backbox, plug in the cord, turn the machine on, etc.

 Toppers may be shipped separately to reduce risk of damage.

 


INSIDE DELIVERY (On Legs): Pinball is shipped standing on its legs. Garage or Ground Level , No Steps

The machine is brought into your garage or ground level room with no stairs/steps. It is the customer's responsibility to set up the machine.

The pinball machine is shipped on its legs with the back box folded down. It is the customer’s responsibility to set up the machine -  to lift and secure the backbox, plug in the cord, turn the machine on, etc. If there are any steps, you must send pictures first to get approval. 


Toppers may be shipped separately to reduce risk of damage.

CURBSIDE DELIVERY (Pallet)

The arcade machine is shipped on a pallet and delivered at the curb/street. The delivery company cannot step foot onto your property. The machine will be on a pallet with wrap, cardboard, and blankets.

It is the customer's responsibility to bring the machine from the curb/street into their home or business and set the machine up themselves.

 

INSIDE GARAGE/GROUND LEVEL DELIVERY (Pallet)

The arcade machine is shipped on a pallet for Inside Garage/Ground Level Delivery. There must be a No Slope access from the street to the garage with a paved or concrete walkway for a pallet jack to transport the pallet. The machine will be on a pallet with wrap, cardboard, and blankets.

 

 

New Pinball & Arcade Machines:

CURBSIDE DELIVERY (Pallet)

All NEW machines ship from the distributor on a pallet.

Pinball or Arcade is dropped off at your curb. A delivery company cannot step foot onto your property. The pinball or arcade will be shipped from distributor in manufacturer's packaging for shipment . It is the customer’s responsibility to bring the machine from the curb into their home or business and set the machine up.



INSIDE DELIVERY (Pallet) - Garage/Ground Level, No Stairs, No Set up Provided

All NEW machines ship from the distributor on a pallet.

Inside Delivery can be requested but it is ultimately at the discretion of the driver to bring the machine to a garage or ground level space with no stairs/steps.

 There must be a paved walkway with no slope that is accessible for a pallet jack to carry the machine - if not then the machine will be left at the curbside.

 Customer is responsible for setting up the machine.

How long will it take for me to receive my machine?

On average, it may take between 1-10 weeks for you to receive your machine; however, shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays, and we cannot guarantee a delivery date. Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number to follow your shipment. You are always welcome to contact us regarding the status of your machine.


Pinball Machines shipped on their legs take longer than shipped on a pallet.

Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

No, we do not currently ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

Do you sell and ship machines outside of the USA?

No, currently we do not sell and ship machines outside the USA.

What if my machine arrives damaged?

If the outside packaging is damaged, then do not accept delivery of the machine and notify us of the situation.

 

If the outside packaging is not damaged but the machine is damaged AND you discovered the damage after accepting the machine, then please send an email to [email protected] with a description of the damage and pictures of the damage to the item along with pictures of the packaging. We will contact the shipping company and put a claim in.
