What is the payment process?

There is a two step payment process to your purchase:

Payment 1  DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE:  At checkout, you will pay your non-refundable deposit to reserve your machine (+ sales tax for Virginia orders). See Note*

Payment 2  REMAINING BALANCE= "FUTURE PAYMENTS" PURCHASE BALANCE + SHIPPING COST (+ SALES TAX FOR VIRGINIA ORDERS):  The remaining balance is due when your pre-owned machine is put in the cue to begin its refurbishing process or when your new machine is preparing to ship. You will be emailed your invoice with the payment link for you to pay the total remaining balance. Payment is due within 24 hours of the sent invoice. See Note **

Note:

*If you choose to cancel your Payment 1 Deposit - NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS.

** Failure to pay remaining balance (Payment 2) within the 24 hour time frame of the emailed invoice will result in cancellation of the purchase order and no refund of the deposit. Payment 2 must be made before the refurbishing process on pre-owned machines begins and before new machines are prepared for shipping.

Virginia Orders: Virginia sales tax will be added to Virginia orders.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept the following forms of payment on purchases: Visa, Master Card, and debit card. We do not accept any other forms of payment including American Express.

Do you offer financing?

We do not currently offer financing.
